Job Description: HRIS Administrator
Purpose
We are seeking a system minded HRIS Specialist with a robust background in HR systems and processes, particularly in compensation & payroll. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a keen ability to influence HR transformation and change initiatives through effective systems management. Familiarity with Dayforce/Ceridian HRIS/ATS is preferred but not required. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our HR technologies as we continue to grow and integrate new teams and processes.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
Performance must reflect an appropriate level of expertise and achievement of the desired results for the items listed below.
1. HRIS Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain HRIS systems and modules, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across payroll, timesheets, recruitment, benefits, and performance management.
2. System Integration & Optimization: Optimize and integrate HRIS systems with other enterprise software.
3. Project Management: Manage and oversee HRIS projects from inception to completion, ensuring technical alignment with broader HR strategies and business goals.
4. Change Management: Act as systems change agent, facilitating and driving organizational change through the effective use of HRIS technologies.
5. Mergers & Acquisitions: Develop and implement strategies for integrating HR systems and processes during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless data and process integration.
6. Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations within the HRIS system, utilizing SQL for data validation and reporting.
7. Training & Support: Provide technical training and support to HR team members on HRIS functionalities, emphasizing best practices and system efficiencies.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with HR leaders, IT, and external vendors to resolve HRIS-related issues, ensuring systems meet organizational needs and technical specifications.
9. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HR data using SQL and generate detailed reports to assist management in decision-making and policy formulation.
10. All other duties as assigned.

8. Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple technical projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
9. Independent & Team Work: Ability to work independently on technical tasks as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum Qualifications/ Education / Experience / Certifications
1. Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field is helpful but not required.
2. Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in HRIS management, preferably with experience in Dayforce/Ceridian or similar HRIS/ATS platforms.
3. Licenses / Certifications: Not Applicable.
4. Language:
- Proficiency in English required.
- Bilingual – Spanish is a plus.
