Responsibilities of a Customer Support Representative:
- Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
- Provide suggestions and solutions to potential customers by offering details regarding product knowledge and service capabilities
- Become skilled at negotiating potential sales options for consumers, and upselling when needed
- Attend training sessions and meetings with other Customer Support Representative members, sales teams, and management to master business practices
- Assist in the client process by acting as a point of contact between the customer and client after a sale is complete
- Collaborate between departments to develop and improve business strategy by meeting to review metrics and sales goals
What We Look For in a Customer Support Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Previous knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or management is highly recommended
- Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Desire to advance past an entry-level position and take initiative in office tasks
- Ability to properly implement learned business tactics during consumer engagement

Pay: $650.00 - $850.00 per week
