Construction Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site activities.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate and develop relationships with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking.
- Oversee bidding process using estimation software for accurate cost estimation.
- Monitor and control project progress and performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in construction project management.
- Proficiency in construction management tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively.
- Knowledge of contract management and negotiation.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
