```Duties```
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Manage payroll processes, including calculating hours worked, deductions, and issuing paychecks
- Utilize accounting software (such as Workday, ADP, Xero) to record financial transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with general ledger reconciliation and month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information
- Support the accounting team in various administrative tasks as needed
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools (Workday, ADP, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of financial services and accounting principles
- Experience with payroll management and processing
- Familiarity with general ledger reconciliation and balance sheet analysis
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
