Job Summary
The Sales Representative plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining strong client relationships within the assigned territory. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the furniture and workspace solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
· Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
· Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the unique features and benefits of OfficeSource Ltd.'s offerings
· Collaborate with the design team to provide comprehensive workspace solutions tailored to clients' needs
· Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
· Represent OfficeSource Ltd. at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences
· Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline reports
Qualifications and Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
· Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience in the furniture or workspace solutions industry
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required
· Exhibits high standards in physical as well as oral presentation
