As a Marketing Coordinator at Pine Straw Depot, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of marketing initiatives to promote our brand, products, and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns, manage digital channels, and analyze marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media. Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging and objectives.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages from followers.
- Email Marketing: Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting email copy, designing email templates, and managing email lists. Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for effectiveness.
- Digital Advertising: Coordinate digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Monitor ad performance, analyze results, and make recommendations for optimization based on key metrics.
- Marketing Collateral: Support the development of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials. Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing materials as needed.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth. Provide insights and recommendations to inform marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, email open rates, and campaign ROI. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or related role preferred
- Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and Google Analytics
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
