We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our campground. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor recreation, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in hospitality management. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction, maintaining the property, and managing a diverse team of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Oversee all aspects of campground operations including reservations, guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and recreational activities.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs, and address any inquiries or issues in a friendly and professional manner.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise campground staff. Foster a positive work environment and ensure all team members deliver exceptional service.
- Guest Experience: Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Financial Management: Manage the campground budget. Monitor financial performance, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Property Maintenance: Ensure the campground and its facilities are well-maintained, safe, and clean. Coordinate regular inspections and necessary repairs.
