Full-Time Deep Cleaning Specialist - Mon-Tu, Th-Fri 8 am until done. (The Deep cleaning crew typically works 8-10 hour days, hence the reason for Wednesdays off!)
Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Specialist - Nights Mon-Fri (after 5 pm) and weekends

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Home and Office Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in various cleaning tasks and be committed to maintaining a clean and organized environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of residential and commercial properties.
- Utilize custodial experience to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned areas.
- Execute floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, and polishing to ensure a clean and presentable environment.
- Apply customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Utilize knowledge from experience to uphold cleanliness standards similar to those in hospitality settings.
- Implement training routine to handle cleaning tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct all cleaning duties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and organized.
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks with attention to detail, ensuring all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and maintained.
- Maintain the highest standards by following proper cleaning protocols and using appropriate cleaning products.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Wash windows, walls, and ceilings as needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures
Qualifications:
- Licensed, and insured vehicle
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation practices
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, or a related field
- Knowledge of floor care, and other specialized cleaning techniques
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, and efficiently with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in custodial services, hotel housekeeping, or floor care
- Knowledge of laundering practices
