The successful candidate is responsible for organizing and liaising project activities for its design, development, implementation, and successful accomplishment and maintenance.
Below are its essential duties and functions:
*Work with employees and independent contractors*Establish and maintain communication with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction*Coordinate schedule between workers, contractors, and clients*Identify and define requirements, scope work, and objectives*Assign tasks to workers and contractors*Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve*Analyze risks and opportunities*Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise*Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants*Work and communicate with project managers, sales, and admin team*Use company system tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures*Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)*Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports*Ensure standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests and checklists
