At Alexandre Law Firm, we are a traditional immigration law firm with two offices in Los Angeles and New York. Our main goal is to help our clients achieve their lifelong dreams through personalized strategies that consider the best options for immigration to the United States.
We are currently expanding our team and seeking a creative and detail-oriented Business Developer who is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese for our office in Flushing, New York.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in business development, client consultant, sales specialist, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
- Familiarity with the immigration industry.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and progress and report to management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Discover Business Expansion Opportunities: Develop plans to enhance company revenue.
- Conduct Market Research: Identify potential new business prospects.
- Client Education: Inform potential clients about the firm's services.
- Collaborate with Executives: Develop cost-effective strategies for new business opportunities.
- Manage commercial Funnel: Create and maintain an effective commercial funnel to exceed goals for the department
- Stay Informed on Immigration Programs: Keep updated on new immigration programs beneficial to corporate clients.
- Empathetic Client Engagement: Handle inbound calls and walk-ins professionally and empathetically.
- Navigate Conversations Professionally
- Lead Follow-Up: Promptly follow up on leads from various channels.
