Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for delivering results-oriented customer experiences.
Duties:
- 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally via phone and email.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, identify new sales opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
- Enter customer data accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all information is updated and accessible.
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and effective communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction.
Experience:
- We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of customer service experience (HVAC / Plumbing experience is a plus)
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive business outcomes.
- Experience with customer service software and data entry systems.
