As a PHC Sales Manager, you will be responsible in managing all healthcare regulations for the state of California, managing Treemasters plant healthcare technicians, developing strategic partnerships with our key partners, selling plant healthcare, renewing contracts with existing clients, doing ride-alongs with technicians and sales arborists to help educate and train on healthcare, and being responsible for the overall growth of the plant healthcare department. This role offers a significant opportunity for professional growth and development.
The Sales Manager will have a positive attitude and a professional approach when interacting with customers and with colleagues in diagnostics, customer service, sales, and operations.
PHC Sales Manager Duties:
Meet with Clients
Recommend management options (pruning, removal, Plant Health Care) for care of their trees.
Thorough knowledge of Plant Health Care Practices
Create Tree Protection During Development plans
Write proposals and enter into agreement with clients.
Follow up on site recommendations.
Have general tree care knowledge and ability to bid.
PHC Sales Manager Preferred Skills:
Tree Biology & Biotic Disorders.
Abiotic Disorders & Tree Preservation.
Plant Identification.
Plant Health Care & Diagnostic Processes.
Pruning, Tree Inventory & Management Plans.
Climbing, Rigging, Removal & Support
Competent Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
PHC Sales Manager Required Skills:
Sales Experience in Plant Health Care (2+ years)
QAL from California Department of Pesticide Regulation or ability to obtain in 90 days
PHC Sales Manager Qualifications: (Preferred)
Certified Arborist
Tree Risk Assessment Qualified (TRAQ)
