**Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings such as acute care, outpatient, hospital, orthopedics, and home community care. If you are passionate about patient care and possess in-depth knowledge of physiology and anatomy, we encourage you to apply.
All candidates must be willing to work in the Bronx, and Queens
Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions to determine their physical therapy needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
- Implement treatment plans using appropriate techniques and modalities
- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Previous experience in acute care, outpatient, hospital medicine, orthopedics, or home community care is preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: $65.39 - $70.03 per hour
