- Defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to meet quality requirements for manufactured materials, components, or products
- Establishing and maintaining the necessary infrastructure and systems to consistently deliver quality products on time
- Conducting audits, monitoring, and evaluating the quality of manufacturing processes and outputs according to internal and regulatory standards
- Reporting and resolving manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods
- Independently leading projects or processes of various scopes, with minimal supervision
- Coaching and reviewing the work of junior professionals
- Supporting continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Utilizing advanced analytical and technical problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions to existing challenges
- Cultivating strong communication and negotiation abilities to facilitate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fulfilling other assigned duties
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years of experience with a master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
