HR Generalist
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Develops and monitors an annual budget that includes Human Resources services, employee recognition and engagement, company philanthropic giving, and benefits administration.
· Spearhead internal recruitment efforts for a variety open positions. This includes sourcing and screening candidates as well as managing the interview process from initial interview through selection.
· Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
· Manages the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
· Utilizes the HRIS system to eliminate administrative tasks, empower employees, and meet the other needs of the organization
· Act as liaison between the company and HR partners to utilize various platforms available such as trainings, leadership development programs, recruitment etc.
· Leads the implementation of the performance management system
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
· Bachelor’ Degree in Human Resources or related business field
· 2+ years’ experience in human resources
· Experienced sourcing and recruiting a variety of skill sets
· Demonstrated ability to improve employee morale
· Comprehensive understanding of local, state and federal employment laws
· Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills
· Understanding of HRIS is a great plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
