Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data into our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Input data from various sources into the computer system
- Update existing data
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
- Ability to computerize information accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with databases for data entry and retrieval
- Basic math skills for numerical data entry
- Ability to transcribe, file, and perform clerical tasks
- Experience with order entry and data entry processes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.17 - $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
