Customary Days: Monday - Friday. Varies to include weekends as business requires.

Purpose of Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team.
This role is pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for all new employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and employee experience. The Recruiter assists in implementing new programs and policies aligning these initiatives to the organization goals and objectives.
Essential Functions:

Source, screen and interview candidates using a variety of recruiting methods such as job boards, job fairs, social media, and networking events.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop and implement strategies for attracting a diverse pool of candidates.

Build strong relationships with schools, community organizations, and diversity-focused professional networks to promote our organization as an inclusive employer of choice.

Manage full life cycle recruiting and employment processes from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Regularly reviews orientation program to ensure effectiveness, stay abreast of best practices and trends in diversity recruitment and make enhancements and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to new employees during their initial integration period.

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.

Uphold our commitment to deliver an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring professionalism, transparency, and respect at every stage.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Maintain HR records ensuring compliance with all federal and state requirements and I9s for compliance. Conduct regular file audits.

Administers HRIS ensuring that data is accurate and current at all times. Monitor and update employment changes, moves and transfers using HRIS.

Collaborate with business leaders to maintain current job descriptions as positions evolve.

Ensure workplace issues are handled effectively and expediently in order to remove barriers to successful job performance and foster a positive work environment.

Provide guidance and information to managers and employees in all areas related to company policies, procedures and HR legal compliance

Answer and follow up promptly to manager and employee HR inquiries

Work with HR Team to provide dynamic employee experience to include employee engagement and value proposition.

Develop, update and document company policies to ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines and HR best practices.

Assist and support HR team with relevant tasks as needed
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Proven Experience as a recruiter, with a track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles and levels

Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.

Professional certification in Human Resources, preferred
