Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Assistant Property Manager with a strong background in commercial real estate property management to join our team. This pivotal role is focused on the management oversight of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office spaces, retail locations, and industrial premises. The successful candidate will possess in-depth experience in commercial property operations, financial planning, tenant relations, and risk management, with a specific emphasis on leveraging Yardi Voyager and other property management software to enhance efficiency and performance.
Essential Duties:
- Commercial Property Oversight: Direct involvement in the day-to-day management of commercial real estate, ensuring optimal operation, tenant satisfaction, and financial performance.
- Financial Management: Vigilant monitoring and management of accounts receivable, including the strategic collection of bad debts and the execution of eviction processes for delinquent accounts.
- Administrative Excellence: Provide robust administrative support to the Property Manager and Vice President of Property Management, ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of all property management activities.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize Yardi Voyager, Maintenance IQ, Facility Manager, and CommercialCafe to streamline property management processes, from tenant communications to financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative support, ensuring meticulous record-keeping, timely tenant correspondence, and effective risk management strategies.
- Actively participate in property inspections, monthly and year-end financial reviews, and the maintenance of legal and regulatory compliance.
- Utilize Yardi Voyager for all aspects of property management, including accounting, tenant management, and operational reporting.
Job Qualifications/Experience:
- Commercial Property Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial real estate, with a proven track record of managing office, retail, and industrial properties.
- Yardi Voyager Expertise: Proficiency in Yardi Voyager and related property management software is crucial. Experience with Microsoft Excel for financial management and reporting is also required.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and commercial property management experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
