Work Hours: 6:50 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday, some overtime as needed
Pay: $19.00-$24.00/hr. - Depending on Experience

Primary Job Function: Maintain customer database with current information. Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Assist in taking incoming customers calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received. Handle dispatch related functions in the service dispatcher's absence during lunch, breaks, vacation, etc. Maintain customer database with current information. Process service invoices, timecards and warranty parts returns. Calculate and maintain data for 8 For 10 database.
Required Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in customer service, billing, dispatching and / or project management; within a service-related industry a HUGE plus!

Advanced customer service skill set

Ability to multi-task within fast-paced work environment

Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills

Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook skill set

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
