Bleecker and Greer of Rockport is a thriving space for passionate food lovers on a daytime schedule! We are foremost a nose to tail whole animal butcher shop and our commitment to the use of those ingredients informs all the decisions we make. We are equally passionate about practicing environmental sustainability and purchase our raw materials from as many local suppliers as possible. We are looking for someone who shares in that vision to help grow our team.
The kitchen position includes, but is not limited to; the production of sandwiches, salads, soups, and prepared entrees for customers to take home and re-heat. Shifts for short order cooking are also available. The ideal candidate has previous professional cooking experience and an interest in expanding their knowledge. The business is open 7 days per week so working one weekend day is a must. However, the shop closes at 4pm every day so your evenings are free! Compensation is based on experience.
