What We’re Looking For
An experienced and licensed Lymphatic Massage Therapist to join our team of skilled practitioners, offering the latest techniques and treatments to help clients achieve optimal health and wellness. In this role highly visible role, you will have the opportunity to lead the build-out and development of the lymphatic massage service offering protocols alongside the Founders, focused on creating an immersive experience for the client’s wellness journey. This service offering will have strong marketing/PR campaigns surrounding it, with this person leading interviews and describing the benefits of the service to the press. Ideally, you bring a natural talent for understanding clients' needs through both their verbal and non-verbal cues, adapt treatments and processes to suit the individual, and choose appropriate techniques for lymphatic drainage that aid in detoxification, swelling, immune system, and improving overall well-being. What You’ll Do:
· Perform manual lymphatic drainage massage following the appropriate therapeutic techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the removal of metabolic wastes, excess water, and toxins from the body.
· Lead in creating process and protocol for the lymphatic service offerings, while serving as the face S+S during the marketing/PR campaigns surrounding the offerings in the press.
· Serve as the point of contact for all VIP and/or Ambassador services and lead private high touch events.
· Manage a 2nd in command direct report to assist with build out and clientele.
· Instruct clients on additional methods to improve lymphatic drainage and wellness, such as exercises, dietary recommendations, and relaxation techniques.
· Provide detailed explanations of lymphatic drainage massage benefits and aftercare instructions to clients and guidance on how to maintain benefits between sessions, including hydration and activities.
· Recommend lymphatic drainage massage packages, products, and additional services to clients as appropriate.
· Accurately document all patient assessments, treatments, interventions, and outcomes
· Follow all policies and protocols related to client safety, privacy, and satisfaction, while maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.
· Proactively stay updated with the latest research and developments in lymphatic drainage techniques and general massage therapy.
About You: (required)
· Minimum of 5+ yrs professional experience providing lymphatic drainage massage
· Client-building relations, retention, and communications skills are required
· Demonstrated sales of massage-related services and customer service skills.
· Must have massage liability insurance
· Time management abilities for 30min, 60min, 75min and 90min treatment sessions
· Valid NYS massage therapy license or Aesthetic license
- Certification in lymphatic drainage massage from an accredited program
- Prior training, certification, and experience in prenatal massage therapy
· Excellent massage technique with a gentle touch and thorough knowledge of anatomy
· Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients
· Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
· Commitment to maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation
· Reliable with a strong work ethic

Compensation: $75-80k
