UX/UI designer is responsible for creating visual elements, such as logos and graphics, as well as layouts and navigation systems. Common tasks include the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, as well as conducting user research and testing to validate design decisions.
This is a 6-month W2 contract assignment with the opportunity for contract extension or to transition to a permanent, full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the Sr. UX Designer:

Monitor web traffic and optimize page performance.

Plan and execute usability tests to validate design choices

Provide actionable design recommendations based on best practices.

Facilitate workshops and design sprints.

Help to survey user requirements for Seller Payment process

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate proposed changes.

Able to translate product requirements into highly usable web applications.

Review existing design libraries and make recommendations based on best practices

Provide actionable design recommendations based on best practices.

Facilitate workshops and design sprints.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications of the Sr. UX Designer :

Minimum 8+ years experience as a UX Designer
-
Able to work with Image authoring tools and perform small adjustments on images (eg. resizing and cropping)

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Research experience preferred

Able to work with and provide web developers with cross-browser-compliant HTML, CSS code and examples.

Able to translate product requirements into highly usable web applications.

Provide technical design recommendations for HTML and CSS-based web applications.

Provide actionable design recommendations based on best practices.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate proposed changes.

Proficiency in Web development best practices including understanding and developing HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Strong communication and presentation skills.
