As a trusted neighborhood property manager with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties currently under management, Kingsland Properties is seeking a Leasing Agent/Leasing Asset Associate to join our team and assist with our goal of providing excellent service to the residents who choose us as their home.

Qualifications:
- Business, Real-Estate or Communication preferred but not required
- One year experience in two or more of the following;
- Sales/Commission Sales with set goals and bonus potential
- Customer Service in a service industry i.e. restaurant, hotel, call center
- Leadership role in clubs or organizations
- College or professional athlete
- Valid Driver's license for over 1 year, no more than two moving violations or at fault accidents in past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants through creative methods of outreach including creating marketing flyers to be posted online and in house, and following up on guest cards that are submitted through online platforms.
- Perform various administrative tasks associated with the full cycle leasing process including but not limited to preparing leasing documents, conducting background checks on prospective tenants, processing payment for existing and expectant tenants, following up on delinquent accounts, and other duties as assigned.
- Meet occupancy targets and assist in the overall goals set it place for the company by effectively promoting available properties, converting leads into leases, and implementing strategies to maximize occupancy rates.
- Serve at the primary point of contact for current and prospective tenants by fostering positive relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
