Who You Are::
We are seeking a motivated and organized Assistant Client Coordinator to join our fast paced elder law and estate planning law firm. As an Assistant Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our office and providing essential support to our legal team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative environment, assisting with various administrative tasks related to elder law and estate planning.
What You'll Do::
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Handle incoming high volume calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate personnel.

Schedule client appointments and maintain attorneys’ calendar.
- Assist with client intake processes, collecting necessary information and documentation.

Help with client onboarding and ensuring all required forms are completed.

Assist with maintaining digital and physical filing systems for legal documents.

Provide support to Client Coordinator including preparing correspondences.
- Send reminders and follow-up on important dates and appointments.

Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing documents at post office.

Ensure compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, including client confidentiality.

Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by attorneys or management
What You Bring::
- 1 year of experience in Trust and Estate Administration, Elder Law and Estate Planning experience a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is a plus.

Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Type 50 wpm.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Knowledge of estate law and legal terminology (preferred but not required).

Notary (preferred but not required).

Salary range: $18.- $25. per hour
