Overview:
We are seeking a Tower Instructor & Field Inspector to join our team.
As a Tower Instructor, you will train personnel in tower climbing techniques, including hands-on practice and theoretical instruction, classroom management, and administrative tasks, which may include generating reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining radio communications towers, antenna systems, and related site structures when assigned.
As a Field Inspector, your responsibilities will include performing inspections, tower mappings, antenna audits, tower maintenance, and due diligence site walks. These tasks are essential for installing, repairing, constructing, and maintaining various communication systems.
Education and/or Experience:
- Associate Degree
- Competent Climber/Rescuer - Train the Trainer (preferably)
- Competent Rigging - Train the Trainer (preferably)
- Previous experience as a Tower Instructor
- Experience in working and creating Rigging Plans
Core Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Tower climbing regulations and best safety practices
- Strong knowledge in OSHA regulations
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure
- Action oriented and attention to detail
- Safety and security awareness
- Able to climb and work at high altitudes

- Ability to speak and write Spanish and English
- Able to work weekend and different shifts

Physical Demands:

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
