TRISTAR is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator for our Corporate Office in Crane, IN - Position is 100% Remote
Position Description:

TRISTAR is looking for an experienced and motivated contracts professional to provide contract management support throughout the contract life-cycle for service and production contracts supporting government and commercial contractors

This role will be responsible for managing contracts where TRISTAR is a prime and where TRISTAR is a subcontractor to another prime, as well as, managing subcontractors to TRISTAR. Experience with Army and Navy customers is preferred. Experience with Seaport Next Gen and GSA Schedules is also desired
Position Responsibilities:

Provide contract management support of contracts and subcontracts including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, deliverable tracking and submission of varying contract types such as CPFF, FFP, FFP-LOE and T&M

Work with internal and external customers to review and execute contract actions such as contracts, subcontracts, modifications, closeouts

Serves as focal point with internal departments concerning specific contract questions, issues and problems

Including providing guidance and advice regarding interpretation of contractual requirements and providing suggestions for risk management

Maintain required file documentation throughout contract life-cycle

Coordinate with Program Managers to monitor performance and ensure contract and subcontract requirements are fulfilled

Issue and administer subcontracts in accordance with DCMA approved Purchasing System

Prepare and execute NDAs and TAs

Support proposal activities including subcontractor responsibility determinations and proposal writing as needed
Position Requirements:

8-10 years of Contracts and Subcontracts Management experience
-
Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS and other regulatory guidance

Effective communication skills and relationship management
-
Effective administrative and organizational skills
-
Ability to work independently, make informed decisions and escalate questions/concerns/issues as appropriate

Ability to research information related to contract and subcontract management

MUST be a US Citizen
