Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, operations management, and process improvement, with a focus on optimizing supply chain logistics and warehouse management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, ensuring efficient shipping and receiving, and improving transportation management processes. Duties:
- Provides leadership and directs the daily operation of the stockroom by prioritizing and scheduling work assignments for issuing materials, parts, and supplies to job orders, including but not limited to:
o Inventory Management
o Conduct weekly cycle counts
o Job / Order pulling
o Manage internal supply orders
o Ensure all inventory transactions and adjustments are properly recording in company computer system(s)
- Develops, implements, and monitors standard procedures for the timely and accurate receipt, protection, storage and issuance of all materials.
- Assists in the installation (if applicable) and implementation of systems used to support the management of inventory accuracy.
- Provides management with reports to examine status and give recommendations as required and works within budget requirements.
- Interfaces with other departments, locations, and units to ensure maximum customer support.
- Ensures department complies with ISO 9001 and other relevant certification requirements.
- Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
· Proactively partner with the Planning and Purchasing team to address inventory issues, out of stocks, and potential production delays.
· Manage receiving department to ensure timely processing, distribution, and stocking of incoming receipts.
· Manage shipping department to ensure product ships accurately and timely to meet customer demands.
· Ensure on time delivery of internal orders and buildings transfers.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role with a focus on production planning, operations management, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems
- Associates degree in business management / logistics:
- Two (2) years stockroom / warehouse management in a manufacturing environment,
- In lieu of degree, four (4) to five (5) years experience in stockroom / warehouse management in a manufacturing environment.
- MRP experience required:
- Infor Syteline experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Experience in managing a team and driving results through motivation and empowerment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position will work mostly in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures exposer to a variety of weather elements while walking between multiple buildings.
