Essential Duties:

Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.

Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for consultations or clinical trial.

Assist with study visits including taking patient vital signs, conducting ECGs, FibroScans, and blood draws.

Assist with lab responsibilities and filing documents in patient charts.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare clinical research setting preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Empathetic and compassionate demeanor, with the ability to handle sensitive patient situations with care and professionalism.

Proficiency in using scheduling software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations.

Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.

Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred.

Physical Demands
The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands for fine manipulation, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms using a keyboard and video display terminal. The work environment is typically quiet to moderate with standard office noise levels.
