We are looking for a dependable, hardworking CNA to join our team!
The position is 3rd shift, full-time 10p-6a in our long-term care unit. This position ranges between 32-40 hours a week and requires working every other weekend. The starting wage ranges from $21.00 - $23.50 based on experience and shift differential. We will work with you to create a consistent schedule that meets the needs of both the applicant and the facility!
The perfect person for this position will be passionate about providing compassionate care for the elderly. Our CNA's provide personal care needs as delegated by the Director of Nursing and encourage residents to be as independent as possible while developing positive relationships with residents and their families. The Gardens of Cedar Rapids is a locally owned and managed senior community that just opened in August 2017. Our campus includes a 30 apartment assisted living, 12 unit assisted living memory care and a 40-bed skilled nursing facility. We pride ourselves on the reputation we have built as the preferred provider and only full continuum of care on the south-west side of Cedar Rapids.
