We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated audiologist with an entrepreneurial spirit! The ideal candidate must be strong clinically and be able to effectively counsel while building patient rapport.
We provide a full range of services to the patient and take pride in our work.
You will:
- Administer diagnostic hearing tests and tinnitus assessments and make recommendations for best rehabilitative services. Follow best practices for fitting and dispensing of hearing aids to ensure a successful patient journey and satisfactory results
- Dispense all levels of digital technology hearing aids, including Lyric, and assistive listening devices
- Make recommendations, take impressions and order custom hearing protection for musicians, hunters, etc.
- Perform Cochlear implant evaluations, activation and programming (training will be available).
- Perform hearing evaluations for veteran contracts.
- Participate in all aspects of business growth and development
- Cooperative planning and participation in marketing initiatives
- Participate in and help coordinate community education events such as health fairs, senior seminars, etc.
You will need:
- Education: Master's in Audiology, Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree preferred
- A Colorado dispensing license or the ability to obtain
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience (would consider the right recent graduate)
- Must be able to self-start, problem solve, and work independently when necessary
- Strong communication skills required
- A desire to be part of a strong team of audiologists
- A keen ability to interact professionally with patients and team members
- Knowledge of hearing aid fitting software systems and hearing aid technology from multiple manufacturers
- Knowledge of Office Management Software systems and general computer knowledge
