Heroshe is looking for a process-driven Administrative Assistant to join our growing US Warehouse team. We’re looking for:

What you will be doing (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will be responsible for:
*Handling all US inbound customer calls, chat, and messages *Handling all walk-in customers and walk-in delivery representatives *Resolving customer warehouse issues on our CRM app (Freshdesk) *Prepping documents for weekly cargo drop off *Conduct internet research *Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars *Weekly Scheduling and coordinating of vendors/independent contractors to complete work at the warehouse scheduling and coordination *Office maintenance and administration including keeping common areas sanitized and swept as part of our covid protocol; weekly supply checks, reporting office maintenance issues, office party prep, setup, clean up, and order coordination. *Light accounting tasks including creating expense spreadsheets, bill payment, sending bank statements to bookkeeper, data entry into Google sheet, Google Docs, or other programs *Inbounding shipments as they arrive from Amazon, UPS, FedEx, DHL, LSO, Walmart, and other freight deliveries *Processing, consolidating, repacking, and printing labels for shipments received daily at the warehouse on an as-needed basis *Organizing and retrieving shipments from a warehouse storage location. *Tracking shipping supply inventory and restocking shipping supplies for efficient processing of weekly shipments. Ordering of warehouse and office supplies. *Organizing warehouse and work areas for orderliness at all times. *Showing flexibility to respond to the changing needs of the business. Identify and communicate risks and areas of improvement in warehouse operations. *Coordinating with the warehouse lead on all warehouse activities and performance and ensuring warehouse safety and quality compliance. *Supporting the Operations Manager to effectively manage the US warehouse. *Any other functions required to accomplish company objectives
What you bring to the table (Qualifications)
*2-3 years experience as an administrative assistant or customer service professional or supply chain professional in the aviation industry, logistics industry, IT industry, or hospitality industry or relevant experience working in a startup environment or other industries. *Bachelor's degree or Associate degree or equivalent experience. *Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to organize and create orderly systems *Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills *Ability to answer all incoming customer concerns quickly with accurate information and interact with customers in a clear and concise manner, by email, live chat, in-person, and phone. *Ability to operate a multi-line answering phone system and office software *Experience with creating presentation slides in Canva, Google Slide, or Keynote is preferred or ability to learn fast. *Experience or ability to learn how to wear or use proper safety equipment. *Ability to consistently meet or exceed productivity, quality, and warehouse metrics defined for the role. *Ability to collaborate in a remote and global team environment, as well as work as an independent contributor. *Must be able to prioritize work and manage time effectively; you thrive in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. *You are a self-motivated problem solver with positive energy and attitude. *Familiar with Freshchat and Freshdesk or any other customer chat/issue resolution tool. Familiar with Zoom, Slack, ASANA, or any other task management and virtual meeting tool. *Familiar with G Suite, Trello, inventory, and logistics software programs and SAAS applications or ability to learn fast. *Knowledge or experience working in Quickbooks or similar software is preferred. *General knowledge of warehouse and air terminology and practices. *Great physical stamina and manual dexterity with the ability to lift over 50 pounds with assistance and proper safety equipment.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $15.00 - $17.00/hour.
