**Host/Host** **Duties:** - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant - Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus - Assist in seating guests according to seating charts and guest preferences - Manage waitlists and estimate wait times for guests - Answer phone calls and take reservations or provide information about the restaurant - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting - Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally - Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Join our team as a Host/Host and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
