Guest Relations Agents to join our Guest Relations Team!
Essential Job Functions:
- Flexibility is a must.
- Two years of hosting experience.
- Ensure that everyone who calls to make a reservation is made to feel absolutely WELCOME.
- Be an ambassador of hospitality for all services.
- Foster and maintain positive guest relations at all times and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Operate Sevenrooms, Resy & OpenTable reservation system to ensure all information entered is accurate, complete and has been approved by management.
- Take, record and confirm restaurant reservations/cancellations in accordance with departmental standards.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Interest in food & dining culture is a plus.
