**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities with a strong focus in behavior supports. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Implement behavior analytic techniques to support clients
- Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
**Skills:**
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in behavioral therapy techniques
- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent data collection and analysis skills
- Knowledge of medical documentation standards
- Familiarity with patient care practices
- Understanding of special education principles
