THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Guest Service Agent/Night Audit to join our team at the Hampton Inn and Suites DFW Airport South.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Key responsibilities of the Guest Service Agent to include:
- Serves as the primary liaison to guests and are responsible for welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining accommodations and taking payments.
- Checks guests out and explain billing.
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with brand standards and company policies.
- Ensure that the hotel meets/exceeds Whitestone and Brand standards for guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and adhere to Whitestone’s Standard Operating Procedures.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
- Minimum 1 year of front office experience
- High School diploma or higher level education preferred
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi task
- Displays good initiative
