Frederich Family Wealth Advisors, a Private Wealth Advisory Practice of Ameriprise Financial is seeking a full-time Paraplanner to join our innovative and dynamic team. We are a comprehensive financial planning firm established 36 years ago with Hall of Fame status within Ameriprise Financial. We have a firmwide dedication to delivering invaluable financial advice with over 235 active financial planning relationships. Job Purpose:
Serve as a Paraplanner, providing exceptionally friendly, helpful, high-quality service to our clients. This position will work closely with our clients and financial advisors to assist with creating financial plans, assisting with transactions and conducting research on a variety of financial planning topics.
Responsibilities:

Enter, update and analyze data in Naviplan and other financial software as needed
- Create thoughtful and actionable financial planning recommendations and deliverables
- Run illustrations for planning and investment needs
- Review statements and documents sent in by clients
- Meeting prep and follow-up as it relates to planning and investment needs
- Complete trades and transactions
- Conduct research and find answers to complex financial planning topics
- Participate in investment management process and committee meetings
- Monitor plan count and ensure proper delivery of planning documents to clients and home office
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of similar work experience in a professional office environment, ideally in the financial services industry
- Series, 7, Series 66 and CA Life & Health required or obtained within in six months
- Pleasant, professional, and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong team player
- Highly organized, accurate, and attention to detail
- Proven analytical and independent problem-solving skills
- Highly proficient with in Microsoft office including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities
- Strong personal and business ethics and integrity
Salary and Benefits:

Compensation: $65-90k per year, depending on experience with bonus potential
- Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, paid holidays, 401k with a match, and health insurance (up to 98% premium coverage for the employee).
