Position Summary:
Product Marketing Manager at FOTILE, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our product portfolio. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can drive product innovation, marketing strategy, and growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will make a significant impact on our company's success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize integrated product marketing processes, collaborating
with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, branding,
finance, and service to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Formulate comprehensive channel-specific sales strategies to maximize product
marketing competitiveness, including allocation and profit-sharing models
tailored to different market segments.
- Implement pricing strategies, volume-price management, and price control
mechanisms to maintain market order stability and maximize product revenue
while remaining responsive to market dynamics and competitive pressures.
- Lead the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns, from
conceptualization to implementation, ensuring alignment with brand positioning,
target audience preferences, and business goals.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and develop compelling messaging and
value propositions to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate
our offerings in the market.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market
research, competitive analysis, pricing strategy, distribution channels, and
promotional tactics, to ensure successful market entry and adoption.
- Refine and communicate our products' core value proposition, leveraging
market insights and consumer feedback to continuously optimize marketing
strategies and tactics.
- Manage marketing budget allocation and resource planning, balancing
investment across various channels and initiatives to maximize return on
investment and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Oversee the implementation of marketing strategies, providing guidance and
support to cross-functional teams on market strategy, resource allocation, and
solution development to drive business growth and maximize overall market
impact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA
preferred.
- Proven track record of success in marketing management roles, with a minimum
of 5 years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market, or related fields.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market
insights into actionable marketing plans and initiatives that drive business
results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to
achieve common goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize
tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
