Overview:
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for our C3 Concrete Division to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing subcontractors, job site meetings, submittals, RFI’s, project administration, reading project documents, helping with estimating, enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the project and assisting with special projects as assigned.

- Be able to communicate to superintendent/division manager on scheduling
- Verify the completion of the pre-work checklist
- Help complete time sheets and daily/weekly reports
- Help manage deliveries
- Report any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles and/or equipment and immediately notify supervisor
- Report any unsafe work practices or safety hazards encountered on the job to the supervisor.
- May be required to perform tasks from other job descriptions depending on available work and schedules
Experience:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finish carpentry.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other design documents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to use common hand tools and power tools.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions, including heat, cold, and dust.
- Be able to pass drug test.
- Must have valid driver’s license and supply own transportation; travel required.
- Have small hand tools as required.
- Learn the position and basic responsibilities within 30 days
