Are you known as a get-things-done type of person who can also manage a team for a growing company? The job of the Office Manager is an important one as you are the primary person in charge of running the day-to-day tasks for the corporate office. We are currently using EOS to operate our businesses and this person will help with leading the office staff to the vision of our different companies.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, deadline orientated, shows initiative, reliable, responsible, communicates well, able to multi-task and follows instructions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks while gaining a deep understanding of our business operations and the needs of our business owners. As the business owners oversee a total of 5 companies, the Office Manager will be involved in supporting the day-to-day of all 5 companies, ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency across the board. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering a positive work environment, and driving growth across all ventures.
This is an onsite position in our newly remodeled office in Scottsdale, AZ office at Via De Ventura and the 101. Hours are 8 am-5 pm.
Compensation:
$70,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Oversee daily operations, human resources, customer service, and business retention efforts.

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with department heads and team members to establish and achieve business goals.

Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture that emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Help the owner manage his real estate holdings.

Take precise notes in meetings and send out a recap as needed.
Office Administrative Duties:

Managing office supplies, equipment, and inventory.

Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.

Organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Maintaining filing systems and databases.

Processing invoices, expenses, and other financial records.

Handling basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees, training staff, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating employee benefits.

Serving as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries.

Resolving conflicts or issues that arise within the office.

Making decisions on behalf of the office in the absence of higher management.
Facilities Management:

Overseeing office maintenance, repairs, emergencies, and cleanliness.

Managing relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers.

Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise administrative and field staff.

Providing guidance and support to team members.

Conducting performance evaluations, coaching staff, and providing feedback.
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in a small office environment, with proven experience in the real estate, hospitality, or service industries supporting the following:
EOS traction experiences a huge plus
Real Estate or Construction Background: A real estate license or industry experience in the construction field is preferred.-
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft products, Google Suite, and a quick learner of new software.

How to Stand Out:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
