The Member Services Driver will work closely with our Member Services Department to provide shuttle transportation to our members and guests. They may also assist with transporting items for events between properties as well as assisting with F&B deliveries. The ideal employee has a great attitude, enjoys being around people and is comfortable driving a suburban and 14 passenger van.
The drivers chosen for the Club must meet certain criteria and follow certain guidelines. It is imperative that they present themselves as such and meet our standards of performance. The guidelines are as follows:

The Company Vehicle shall be operated and maintained according to Company policy and procedures. The Associate shall keep accurate records and reports as may be required by the Company covering mileage, expense, accidents, maintenance, etc.

Follow safe driving practices and abide by the driving laws

The Associate is responsible for the security and safekeeping of a Company Vehicle

Must be able to bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds, unassisted

Associates who drive or ride as passengers in Company Vehicles will always use available seatbelts when the vehicle is in motion

Must have good mental and physical dexterity
-
Must have the ability to be seated for up to 3-4 hours
-
Associate must not under any circumstance to drive a Company Vehicle after consuming alcohol and/or drugs, including legal drugs that may impair their ability to operate a motor vehicle (smoking in the vehicle is prohibited)

Must possess the ability to drive with varying weather conditions (including nights)

Make sure the vehicle is always stocked and clean

Be respectful of all passengers and their needs

Be ready to converse with a member but do not force conversation

Fulfill all requests to the best of your ability

No personal calls or texting while driving

Be a strong, positive representative of the Club

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, image and presentation; be passionate about exemplary customer service and sincerely enjoy working with people.

Must have excellent communication skills and an outgoing and friendly personality

3 years minimum driving experience.

Must have a valid driver’s license, to be covered under company vehicle policy

Demonstrate problem solving skills

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, design software, databases and other basic computer skills.

Associate degree preferred

Experience with large vehicles or 14 passengers is
