**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Secretary to join our team. As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting in various tasks.
**Duties:**
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Support office management with various administrative tasks
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important information when needed
- Provide personal assistant services to executives when needed
- Offer customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in a clerical or administrative role is advantageous
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
- Knowledge of event planning principles would be beneficial
- Proficiency in proofreading documents for errors
- Ability to assist in office management tasks efficiently
- Experience as a personal assistant is desirable
- Customer service skills are highly valued
- Previous work as a dental receptionist would be advantageous
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls effectively
