Quality Assurance Technician
Job Purpose: Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing quality concerns, facilitating corrective actions, and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Stafast Products Inc. is a growing fastener supplier with locations worldwide. Founded in 1958, Stafast continues to engineer products that meet or exceed their customers’ expectations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the investigation and resolution of Sales-related Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer issues related to product quality and compliance
- Partner with the sales team to gather customer requirements and communicate them to the QA and Purchasing departments for vendor management
- Complete Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs)
- Represent the QA department during customer visits, audits, and other relevant events
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions
- Work with the QA team to meet the internal and external needs of the company
Requires:
- Quality Assurance experience working in a manufacturing or related industry, preferably with fasteners
- Experience working directly with customers in a B2B environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel and SPC methods
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and specifications (dimension callouts, tolerances, etc.)
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001)
- Prefer bachelor degree or related training and experience; prefer 2-4 years related experience

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
