- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Provide education to patients and their families on therapy techniques and exercises
Experience:
Required Skills:
- Home Health Care experience
- Knowledge of medical documentation
- Proficiency in Plan of Cares
- Strong patient advocation
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Understanding of occupational health practices
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in Home Health settings
- Ability to deliver exceptional patient care
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Specialization in geriatrics
