Role Description
This role will be based out of our Assisting Hands Home Care Fremont office located near Fremont, California. As the Community & Client Services Manager you will:
- Build and execute a Marketing Plan to achieve growth targets
- Lead brand awareness efforts, and prepare/deliver presentations to groups in the community
- Engage with community partners, building relationships
- Manage the sales funnel, responding to all lead inquiries and onboarding new clients/families
- Communicate & work collaboratively with referral partners, families, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the strategic plan for long-term business growth.
Hours: Full-time hours
Compensation: Salary + Performance Incentives
Location: Office in Newark, CA with 60-80% time working in the community
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and multi-tasking skills to manage parallel efforts on new initiatives, lead management and community outreach;
- Solid organizational skills, with tremendous attention to detail;
- Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and healthcare professionals;
- A Can-Do attitude with problem solving skills, and able to work independently;
- Sufficient computer skills to foster a paperless work environment;
- Home care or Home Health experience preferred;
- Travel to clients' homes and community partners in Alameda and Santa Clara counties;
- Up-to-date car insurance, vehicle registration, and valid Driver's License;
- Successful clearance of background checks with relevant work-related references;
- Proficient in computer software programs - Google suite, CRM, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
