Avantara Norton is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team of friendly and caring professionals who provide state of the art medical care with a definitively personal touch to our guests at our Skilled Nursing facility. Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you are an advocate for both the guest and the organization. You will utilize your clinical and compliance knowledge and experience to audit and maintain key clinical and operational systems to make sure our guest receive the highest standard of care. The Quality Assurance Manager identifies issues that impact our guests, the team, and the organization and works to resolve those issues.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered State of South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Director of Nursing experience in a long-term care setting required.
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance is mandatory.
- Leadership competencies including developed interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to inspire and operate effectively at all levels.
- Successful candidate will be detail oriented, global thinking and possess excellent problem solving skills, along with a willingness to listen.
