Job Description:
Can Commanders, a family-run business, is seeking a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch trash can cleaning services and ensuring our employees are happy and motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a flexible schedule to go door-to-door, selling our trash can cleaning services.
- Enter accurate customer information into our CRM software.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with potential customers.
- Explain and promote the benefits of our services effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales techniques and strategies.
- Represent Can Commanders with integrity and dedication.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of sales experience, with at least 1 year of door-to-door sales experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Upstate SC area.
- Basic computer skills for data entry into our CRM software.
Compensation:
- Lucrative 50% commission on each sale, paid after the first cleaning is completed and paid.
- Commission is based on the initial sign-up package.
- Lucrative bonuses for achieving sales and performance targets.
