Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
New York County Dental Society (NYCDS) is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist in all event logistics as well as general and member-based administrative responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Answer the phone to handle questions and requests from members and the public
- Monitor the general info@ email and respond as appropriate
- Manage the new member process, including welcome emails
- Update and organize member lists in Excel for email blasts
- Prepare badges and attendance lists for all events
- Print all materials as required for CE and events and handle catering
- Handle the AV and other equipment as appropriate for courses and event
- Manage the ordering of all office supplies
- Collect credit card payments, as necessary
- Add courses and events to the website
Requirements:
- Good understanding of office management and strong administrative skills
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task, establish work priorities, and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with spreadsheets and databases, especially Excel, Sheets, and salesforce.com or a similar CRM platform
- Sitefinity experience or a similar website editing platform a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate within a small team environment and be ready to jump-in and assist.
- Occasional evenings required
- 3 to 5 years working in an office environment
- Bachelors degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
