My client is a leading quick service restaurant in NYC with 12 restaurants chain. They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to manage all of their GMs and help the restaurants grow. They are looking for someone that can help take the CEOs vision, and help grow the company.
Job Summary:
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations. This role ensures that all operations run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and overall customer experience. The Director of Operations will develop and implement operational strategies, manage staff, and drive profitability while upholding company policies and procedures.
Must Halves:

Ideally, Experience leading a quick service chain restaurant, but they would be okay with someone coming from full service

Local to NYC (5 days a week in the restaurant)
