Duraflow Industries, Inc, is a privately owned manufacturer and distributor of air filters. We are looking for a person with a specific set of skills. We offer training for role specific activities which are assumed beyond common knowledge.
-MUST be able to read and understand Measurements in fractions and decimals
-This is a workshop floor position. This is not a desk job. You will be on your feet for the duration of the workday.
-This is a flex role where the person is expected to perform multiple duties and tasks, including being cross trained for other roles.
- Set up machinery
- Manufacture parts
-Use pneumatic drills, rivet tools, sheet metal type tools and more.
- Assemble parts
-Maintain a neat and orderly work station
Other Duties as assigned, including performing other team member roles when needed, you will be cross-trained to perform these duties.

· Daily interaction with the executive team of a small business
· Clean Manufacturing work environment, heated and air conditioned, no exposure to toxic fumes, chemicals or compounds.
· Non-formal attire, jeans, shorts, t-shirts are acceptable, sleeves are recommended, must wear close-toed shoes.
Duraflow Provides:
· Hourly Rate Based on Experience
· Monday- Friday 8am start time, average stop time around 2pm
· Job Type: Part time 20-30 hours per week.
· Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 / hourly
Hours per week: typically 20-30,
401K matching 3% after 12 months.
Pay Frequency:
- Bi weekly via direct deposit.
- Christmas bonus and possible performance bonus.
