We are a long-standing, high revenue-generating local Insurance office looking for a Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative.
Personal Insurance Customer Service Requirements:
- Must have Property & Casualty license to apply
- Tech Savvy Individual and Quick Learner
- 1-2 Years of Insurance Service and Sales Experience
- Enthusiasm and belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
- Integrity, honesty, and compliant attitude required!!
Personal Insurance Customer Service Responsibilities :
- Establish client relationships and follow up with clients, as needed
- Support policy holders by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
- Ability to discuss insurance bundling options with policyholders
